THE TREE HOUSE

This is your own private paradise. Set atop a hill and nestled in the forest, the Treehouse is located directly across the street from the wide expanse of the Currituck Sound. Catch a view of blue from one of the porches, or enjoy an easy 10-minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean. 

Inside, you’ll find a chic yet comfortable modern beach cottage—complete with crisp whites, mid-century modern design and cheerful dollops of blush pink. It’s the lovely little details that set our home apart. The comfy chair on the deck that’s perfect for curling up with a paperback novel, the local artwork on the walls, the kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need for a seafood feast. You’ll find we’ve thought of everything.

And if you love porch living, you’ll adore the Treehouse. One porch welcomes visitors at the entry level, and features an Adirondack chair and bench. A second porch on the main level is perfect for gathering, and offers a gas grill, additional lounge seating and a table with an umbrella. There is also a breezy screened porch on the main level, where you can relax and watch the sun set over the Currituck Sound.
