Adjacent to The Pink House, The Carriage House is available to host intimate dinners or larger events up to 40 guests. Deliberately designed with heating and cooling, equipped with a TV, Sonos speakers, bar, and complete with decor and table furnishings and settings.

Located on the other side of The Carriage House, The Libby is a fully furnished property with a boutique design feel. Outfitted with a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, open floor plan and additional dining space. Accompanied by a lush garden patio out back that extends to The Liz Shed.
